This policy applies to WeSavve AI Calling (wesavve.in, app.wesavve.in), its phone agents, dashboards and APIs. By using the Services you agree to this policy.

01 Who We Are

NBY Tech Solutions LLP is a technology company registered in India that builds AI-powered voice calling software for businesses. Our office is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. For privacy inquiries contact connect@nebulaslice.com.

02 Information We Collect

Information you provide

Account registration: name, email address, phone number, company name.
Website lead form: name, mobile number, company, email, business type.
Client uploads: lead lists (names, phone numbers, emails, cities and any columns you include), knowledge bases, scripts, calendar availability, WhatsApp Business credentials and workflow webhooks you configure.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Information collected during calls

Call audio recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, captured fields (for example budget, requirement, preferred time), consent statements and call metadata (numbers, timestamps, duration, disposition).

Information collected automatically

Usage data, device and browser information, IP address for security and fraud prevention, session cookies.

03 How We Use Your Information

Service delivery: to place and answer calls, book meetings, send emails and WhatsApp messages the customer agreed to, and show results in the client dashboard.
AI processing: call audio and text are processed by speech-recognition, language and speech-synthesis models to conduct the conversation and produce summaries; this is the core service.
Communication, account management, analytics, security and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train AI models.

04 Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data only in these limited circumstances:

Telephony carriers (Plivo, Vobiz) to connect calls; AI providers (Sarvam AI, Cerebras, Google, Cartesia, ElevenLabs) to process speech and text during a call; email delivery (Resend, Google Workspace); WhatsApp Business (Meta) when a client enables it; hosting (Hostinger, Mumbai). These providers are bound by their data processing terms.
The client on whose behalf a call is made receives the recording, transcript, summary and captured fields for that call.
Legal requirements: if required by Indian law, court order or a government or telecom authority.
Business transfer: if NBY Tech Solutions LLP is acquired or merges, data may transfer to the new entity with the same protections.

05 Data Storage & Security

Recordings, transcripts and client data are stored on servers located in Mumbai, India. We use TLS encryption in transit, access-controlled PostgreSQL databases, nightly backups, firewalling and intrusion protection, and salted password hashes. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you within 72 hours as required by law.

06 Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection to marketing, and withdrawal of consent. Customers who received a call from a WeSavve agent may ask to be placed on a do-not-call list at any time by saying so on the call or writing to connect@nebulaslice.com. We respond within 30 days.

07 Cookies & Local Storage

We use session cookies required for login and security, and browser storage for interface preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

08 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact connect@nebulaslice.com and we will delete it promptly.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will update the date above, notify registered users by email of material changes, and display a notice on the platform.
